Major Update Completed: Collaboration!
We’ve just completed a major update! Yes, collaboration features are here!
You can now create unlimited users, share projects, links, assign task and milestones!
Collaborate With Multiple Users
You can create unlimited amount of users to collaborate with. Users can be an existing SUBERNOVA user or a new user. Whichever user type, they’ll be sent an email informing them that you want to collaborate with them.
New users that you create can collaborate on milestones, tasks and links even after their 30 days has expired. The only restriction is that they cannot add a new project, client or user with an expired account, but since their account is still tied to yours, they can still fully collaborate with you on the current projects’ milestones, tasks and links. If you need to collaborate with the user on more projects, you will need to add projects and share it with them.
In other words, sub users that you create can collaborate with you for as long as your own account is not expired.

Share Projects
After adding users, the first thing you need to do in order to collaborate with your team mates is to share a project with them. After which any milestones, tasks, links that you create will also appear in their account, unless you mark it as “private”.

Assign Tasks / Milestones
Assign tasks/milestones to any of your team mates and optionally check a checkbox to notify them of the assignment. The user will receive the notification either by email or push notifications via iPhone (if they set a prowl api key) depending on their notifications settings.

There are also a bunch of improvements we’ve made to the app, see the full change log below.
Also, if you have noticed, we’ve changed our tagline to “Project Management and Team Collaboration” as we think that SUBERNOVA is now suitable not only for individuals but for teams too.
We hope you enjoy this major update as much as we do!

“If the user is a new user, they’ll be able to use SUBERNOVA fully for 30 days, after which they will still be able to collaborate with you fully on milestones and links, except projects, clients and users unless they upgrade.”
So if I read that correctly; if a new user you are collaborating with exceeds the 30 days trial, they will still be able to see the stuff you send them and accept tasks, but not if they upgrade?
You might want to re-word that sentence.
In related news, I love the addition and look forward to collaborating with my team in SUBERNOVA!
